L\u2019ensemble du b\u00e2timent est ferm\u00e9 \u00e0 ses deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s ouvertes au moyen des pignons.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>structure<\/strong> de chaque module est constitu\u00e9e de deux portiques r\u00e9sistants, plac\u00e9s aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent et s\u00e9par\u00e9s entre eux de 2,23 m pour les mod\u00e8les <strong>PLENAVE\u00ae 7.3, PLENAVE\u00ae 10.4 et PLENAVE\u00ae 12.5 et de 2,27 m pour les mod\u00e8les PLENAVE\u00ae 15.6, PLENAVE\u00ae 17.6, PLENAVE\u00ae 20.6 et PLENAVE\u00ae 24.7<\/strong>, qui correspond \u00e0 la longueur de chaque module dans chaque cas. Ces portiques sont form\u00e9s par des profil\u00e9s de type \u201cC\u201d conform\u00e9s \u00e0 froid en t\u00f4le d\u2019acier galvanis\u00e9. L\u2019assemblage de ces profil\u00e9s s\u2019effectue \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019\u00e9querres fabriqu\u00e9es en t\u00f4le d\u2019acier.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les connexions du b\u00e2timent sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des boulons. Tous, ainsi que les ancrages de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, sont de haute r\u00e9sistance de qualit\u00e9 8.8, avec une limite \u00e9lastique minimale de 640 MPa. La structure de la PLENAVE\u00ae est calcul\u00e9e selon la norme demand\u00e9e par le client, les plus courantes \u00e9tant le <strong>Code Technique de la Construction (CTE)<\/strong> ou <strong>l\u2019Eurocode (EC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La longueur du b\u00e2timent sera toujours \u00e9gale au nombre de modules qui le composent multipli\u00e9 par la longueur de chaque module, soit 2,23 ou 2,27 m, plus 200 mm pour le pignon avant et 200 mm pour le pignon arri\u00e8re. Par cons\u00e9quent, il est possible d\u2019obtenir la longueur de b\u00e2timent souhait\u00e9e en assemblant le nombre de modules n\u00e9cessaires. Toutes les connexions entre les modules, ainsi que toutes les connexions du b\u00e2timent, sont toujours boulonn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La couverture du b\u00e2timent peut \u00eatre de deux types. Si l\u2019on souhaite une couverture totalement opaque, elle sera constitu\u00e9e de t\u00f4le d\u2019acier galvanis\u00e9e et pr\u00e9laqu\u00e9e \u00e0 section trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale. Si l\u2019on souhaite une couverture translucide, cette t\u00f4le sera altern\u00e9e avec des plaques de polycarbonate compact pour l\u2019option de couverture en t\u00f4le simple, et avec des plaques alv\u00e9olaires en polycarbonate de 30 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur pour l\u2019option de couverture isol\u00e9e. La couverture du b\u00e2timent est une toiture \u00e0 deux versants avec une pente de 10 %.<\/p>\n<p>Les fa\u00e7ades lat\u00e9rales du b\u00e2timent sont constitu\u00e9es de t\u00f4le d\u2019acier galvanis\u00e9e et pr\u00e9laqu\u00e9e \u00e0 section trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale. Ces parois lat\u00e9rales sont renforc\u00e9es dans leur partie inf\u00e9rieure par un profil\u00e9 en acier galvanis\u00e9 ayant les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques que les profil\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s pour les portiques. La t\u00f4le est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 ce profil\u00e9 et aux profil\u00e9s de la structure du module \u00e0 l\u2019aide de vis.<\/p>\n<p>Les pignons ferment le b\u00e2timent \u00e0 ses deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Il existe la possibilit\u00e9 de monter trois types de pignons : le pignon plein, le pignon porte et le pignon porte-fen\u00eatre. Les pignons sont assembl\u00e9s sur site au b\u00e2timent au moyen de fixations sp\u00e9ciales et l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l\u2019assemblage est garantie par des joints.<\/p>\n<p>La porte du \u201cpignon porte\u201d est de type basculant avec deux vantaux \u00e0 ouverture manuelle par contrepoids et une porte pi\u00e9tonne int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Sa structure est fabriqu\u00e9e en profil\u00e9s d\u2019acier et rev\u00eatue de t\u00f4le d\u2019acier galvanis\u00e9e et pr\u00e9laqu\u00e9e \u00e0 section trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale, fix\u00e9e \u00e0 la structure avec des rivets en acier.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant la licence, PLENAVE\u00ae peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e, selon l\u2019article 335 du Code Civil et en fonction des municipalit\u00e9s, comme un BIEN MEUBLE, car ces b\u00e2timents peuvent \u00eatre D\u00c9MONT\u00c9S et TRANSPORT\u00c9S, \u00e9tant des b\u00e2timents pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s qui quittent l\u2019usine enti\u00e8rement termin\u00e9s et pouvant \u00eatre mont\u00e9s et d\u00e9mont\u00e9s sur n\u2019importe quel site.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019isolation est une caract\u00e9ristique optionnelle du b\u00e2timent. Celui-ci peut \u00eatre livr\u00e9 isol\u00e9 ou non isol\u00e9. L\u2019isolation propos\u00e9e avec PLENAVE\u00ae est le syst\u00e8me sandwich \u201cin situ\u201d, qui consiste en une double t\u00f4le d\u2019acier galvanis\u00e9e et pr\u00e9laqu\u00e9e \u00e0 section trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale et une isolation thermique int\u00e9rieure, compos\u00e9e de laine de roche IBR de 80 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. L\u2019isolation du b\u00e2timent est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en usine.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent est exp\u00e9di\u00e9 avec les modules pli\u00e9s et les sections des pignons s\u00e9par\u00e9es sur un camion jusqu\u2019au site d\u2019installation du b\u00e2timent. Le nombre de camions n\u00e9cessaires d\u00e9pendra de la longueur du b\u00e2timent. Le montage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une grue.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9montage du b\u00e2timent est effectu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tachant les manchons qui fixent l\u2019articulation des diff\u00e9rents modules, lesquels sont ensuite repli\u00e9s sur le camion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CUALIMETAL<\/strong>, S.A.U. fournira un plan d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des exigences minimales pour la r\u00e9alisation de la dalle, bien qu\u2019il soit recommand\u00e9 d\u2019opter pour une dalle en b\u00e9ton parfaitement lisse, sur laquelle le montage du b\u00e2timent sera effectu\u00e9.
