Features of the ECORAPID® metal modular building

ECORAPID® prefabricated warehouses are modular warehouses (more cost-effective and quicker to assemble) with the same or higher quality, durability and versatility as conventional industrial warehouses.

WIDTH

Up to 24 metres wide for the standard-sized structure.

HEIGHT

Up to 10 metres maximum height for the standard-sized structure.

CENTRE-TO-CENTRE

Modular structure with centre to centre distance from 5 to 7 metres.

ROOFS

Adaptable structure to single or double pitched roofs.

  • These are modular structures designed and developed by our Engineering department, manufactured in our workshop using our own technology, and assembled by our installation team.
  • Their metal structure, composed of a simple mechanical system of 100% bolted, weld-free parts, along with minimal foundation requirements, significantly speeds up installation, taking less than 4 weeks.
  • The structures can also be assembled by the customer’s own personnel using simple assembly manuals.

  • The ECORAPID® brand is a registered and patented product that complies with all international quality requirements and certifications (CE Marking, ISO 9001, UKCA, CFO Registration, etc.).
  • Modular buildings with a standard galvanized metal structure, without welding (100% bolted).

    • Deadline: 2 to 3 weeks

  • PHASE 3: MANUFACTURING

    • Fabrication of the structure in our workshop
    • Preparation of the project
    • Deadline: From 4 weeks

  • PHASE 4: SUPPLY

    • We ship the materials along with assembly drawings and manuals.
    • The client can assemble the structure using local personnel or their own team.

  • PHASE 5: ASSEMBLY

    • We send our own assembly teams,
    • Or a supervisor to support the development of the project.
