MANUFACTURING
We manufacture our own metal structures and profiles, which gives us complete control over our production.
Our traditional structures are prefabricated through welding in the workshop, eliminating the need for on-site welding and speeding up the assembly process.
In addition, using profiling technology, we produce our own lightweight galvanized and cold-formed metal profiles.
ASSEMBLY/SUPERVISION
We have highly qualified assembly teams that travel to the project location to assemble the structures.
We also offer the option for the customers to assemble their own structures with local personnel, assisted by one of our supervisors to ensure the correct development of the project.
SUPPLY
Alternatively, we can deliver the project in kit form, ready to be assembled directly by the customer. In these cases, we provide detailed engineering studies, precise manufacturing of the structure, and clear, easy-to-follow assembly manuals. This allows customers to assemble their installations at the site with our technical assistance.

ECORAPID
SIMPLE, FAST AND ECONOMICAL SHIPS
ECORAPID® prefabricated halls are modular halls (cheaper and quicker to assemble) with the same or higher quality, durability and versatility as conventional industrial halls.
– Up to 24 metres of standard warehouse width.
– Up to 10 metres maximum height of the standard size.
– Modular structure with interaxis from 5 to 7 metres.
– Structure adaptable to one or two slopes.
MECARAPID® modular halls are metal halls with large spans, which allow to cover those spans that the ECORAPID® system does not cover, with the versatility of ‘made-to-measure’ halls or conventional industrial halls.
– Up to 40 metres wide hall in its standard size.
– No limit to the maximum height of the building.
– Modular structure with interaxis from 5 to 7 metres.
– Structure adaptable to one or two slopes.
Its modular metal structure consists of lightweight cold-formed lintels and hot-rolled pillars (standardised profiles) with a galvanised finish.
– Up to 24 metres wide in its standard size.
– No maximum hall height limit.
– Modular structure with spans from 5 to 7 metres.

The PLENAVE® system is a prefabricated industrial building with a steel structure, completely dismountable, transportable and foldable.
– Complete assembly in 3 days.
– Fully recoverable, so it can be relocated in record time.
– It offers the same quality as other types of structures, and all the common uses for them: warehouses, hangars, workshops…
MARQUISOL® is the modular shelter developed by CUALIMETAL with the aim of satisfying the needs of its customers in an easy, economical and quick way.
– Each module has a capacity for two vehicles. As many modules with the same capacity as the initial one can be increased until the desired number of places is obtained.
– Mini-wave sheet metal roof and other sheet metal models, photovoltaic panels, etc. can be used.
– Galvanised and bolted structure.
– It has the characteristic of being completely dismountable, so they can be easily relocated at a reduced cost.
RAPIDSOL® are photovoltaic tables with a metal structure specially designed for the construction of photovoltaic parks, contributing to the generation of clean energy.
– Its fixed structure allows quick and easy assembly, as well as a modern and durable aesthetic.
– It offers the possibility of manufacturing the structure with zero carbon footprint steel.
– It is a product that can be installed on different soils: on the ground by means of a ramming system, or on foundations by means of a quick and easy bolted system.
