RAPIDSOL® – Modular photovoltaic tables

RAPIDSOL® are photovoltaic tables with a metal structure specially designed for the construction of solar farms, contributing to the generation of clean energy.

Through our engineering department, we have developed a new product with a metal structure. This is the RAPIDSOL® photovoltaic table, a system designed and manufactured 100% in our company using a new profiling machine.

RAPIDSOL® has the following features:

Its fixed structure that allows for quick and easy assembly, as well as an aesthetic that is modern and durable.
There is the option to manufacture the structure with zero carbon footprint steel.
It can be installed on different surfaces: on the ground using a ramming system, or on a foundation using a quick and easy bolting system.

This system is delivered in kit form, including all the material needed to assemble the structure 100%: pre-drilled profiles, connecting parts, as well as the screws and bolts for the structure and the modules. Additionally, a detailed assembly manual is provided.

PHASE 1: PROJECT STUDY
- Study of the project by the Commercial Department and Technical Office (calculation of the building).
- Acceptance of the budget.
- Deadline: From 2 weeks.
PHASE 2: DESIGN
- Further study by our engineering department
- Calculation, modelling and design of the vessel
- Deadline: 2 to 3 weeks
PHASE 3: MANUFACTURING
- Fabrication of the structure in our workshop
- Preparation of the project
- Deadline: From 4 weeks
PHASE 4: SUPPLY
- We ship the materials along with assembly drawings and manuals.
- The client can assemble the structure using local personnel or their own team.
PHASE 5: ASSEMBLY
- We send our own assembly teams,
- Or a supervisor to support the development of the project.
