MARQUISOL® – Modular metal canopy

WHAT IS MARQUISOLGALLERY

MARQUISOL® is the modular canopy developed by CUALIMETAL S.A.U. with the aim of meeting the needs of its customers in an easy, cost-effective, and fast manner.

  • Metal canopies made of lightweight cold-formed profiles for parking and photovoltaic canopies that combine functionality, durability and energy efficiency.
  • A galvanized metal structure, which provides greater resistance, with bolted joints that prevent future corrosion and make it quicker to manufacture and assemble.
  • Each module has capacity for two vehicles. The number of modules of the same capacity can be increased until the desired number of parking spaces is achieved.
  • The roof is made from small-wave sheet metal, with the option of using other sheet models, such as photovoltaic panels, providing an attractive design.

MARQUISOL®, like the rest of the modular products, is completely demountable, which makes it easy to relocate at a low cost.

  • PHASE 2: DESIGN

    • Further study by our engineering department
    • Calculation, modelling and design of the vessel
    • Deadline: 2 to 3 weeks

  • PHASE 3: MANUFACTURING

    • Fabrication of the structure in our workshop
    • Preparation of the project
    • Deadline: From 4 weeks

  • PHASE 4: SUPPLY

    • We ship the materials along with assembly drawings and manuals.
    • The client can assemble the structure using local personnel or their own team.

  • PHASE 5: ASSEMBLY

    • We send our own assembly teams,
    • Or a supervisor to support the development of the project.
