Cualimetal has completed a new project in Moraleja de Enmedio (Madrid) with the construction of a custom-built metal warehouse measuring approximately 600 m², designed according to our client’s specific requirements.
The warehouse has a main and secondary metal structure made of hot-rolled profiles, ensuring robustness and durability.
The roof and facades have been constructed using sandwich panels, providing insulation, efficiency and a modern finish. In addition, the warehouse offers EI120 fire resistance and consists of two attached modules.
The prefabricated metal warehouse was assembled by Cualimetal’s specialised team, ensuring quality and precision at every stage of the project.
